Yamaguchi City is the seat of prefectural government and it is the "capital" of this prefecture. On the other hand, it is not an enormous city, but it is an arranged city where Hiroyo Ouchi, the lord master of this district, put his administration in 1360. As Ouchi family thrived, this city prospered. While Kyoto was crushed by Onin war, Yamaguchi created as the second capital.Demolition of this family in 1551 brought about the city to fall.
