1. Canada's Wonderland
The amusement park has about 200 attractions so this is the great place for the whole family. Here you can experience 68 rides and even 16 roller coaster, one of them is called Leviathan and it is the fastest and tallest roller coaster in Canada! Here you can also real size dinosaurs, about 40 of them. There is always something new here and starting from 2013 tourists can enjoy water park as well. The themes are adjusted for specific ages, so this means the park is fun for the whole family. Working hours depends of the season, it is mostly closed in winter months but you can enjoy it through the summer.
3. McMichael Canadian Art Collection
This is unique art experience from the artifacts in the gallery to the surrounding landscape where you can discover real Canada, its people, history and, of course, art. The most interesting part is Inuit art but there are also international artists that show their works here. About 100,000 people visit the gallery every year. There are also many outdoor sculptures and McMichael Cemetery plus walking tracks that will lead you to many interesting spots. Working hours are from 10 am to 4 pm.
5. Kortright Centre for Conservation
The centre is premier renewable energy education and environmental place in Ontario. There are many sustainable technology workshops for people of all age groups. It also offers many walking trails, picnic sites and even the place for the green wedding. You can also meet different types of birds and other animals, so the site is perfect for the family.
2. Reptilia
Welcome to Canada's largest zoo with reptiles where you can meet the deadliest and the largest amphibians and reptiles. This is the house to the largest crocodile in Canada, his name is Induna and it's 454 kg weight and 426 cm long. Here you can also celebrate birthday, book a camp program, phobia course, zoo tour and many other programs. Working hours are from 8,30 am to 5 pm during the week and from 10 am to 5 pm on the weekends.
4. Lucky Strike
This is the great place to go out in the evening or at night and have some fun. Here you can enjoy the music and the food, good service and fantastic atmosphere. There are many games people can play, amongst them bowling. Working hours from Sunday to Thursday are from 11 am to 11 pm, on Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 2 am. So, come and let's party!
