Vallauris is located in the department of the Alpes-Maritimes and the region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. It has twenty nine thousand inhabitants. The town is positioned in the heart of the Côte Azur, between the Canes and Antibes. Vallauris is constituted of two parts: Vallauris, which is inland and Golfe-Juan, two miles distant seaside port with the beaches of fine sand. Golfe-Juan has many beaches on its 3,5 kilometers long coastline.
