1. Tübingen's Altstadt (old town)
Tübingen's Altstadt (old town) survived the Second World War because of the city's absence of overwhelming industry. The result is a developing household tourism business. Old town historic points incorporate the Rathaus on Marktplatz and the palace, Schloß Hohentübingen, now a piece of the University of Tübingen.
3. Art Gallery (Kunsthalle)
Kunsthalle offers an adequate scope of displays of the Classical Modern Era. It is a core of art with displays by Degas, Renoir, Picasso, Cézanne and Rousseau.
On the banks of the Neckar waterway, Holderlinturm is placed, home of the madly splendid artist Friedrich Holderlin. His gathering of compositions, are currently viewed as a percentage of the best ever created in Germany.
2. Museum Castle Hohentübingen
Castle Museum Hohentübingen as a piece of the Museum of the University of Tübingen opened in 1997 in the remodeled north and east wing of the mansion. There are 4600 items are united in the display area, including the Numismatic occupation, for Egyptology, the Ancient Oriental Seminary and ethnology.The exhibition hall offers kids and young people workshops in the accompanying areas: stone age and pictographs.
4. Neckar Island
Neckar Island amidst the waterway in Tübingen is a pleasant place just amidst the city. Encompassed by the Neckar stream it is a delightful spot to go out for a stroll under the old plane trees or simply lie in the sun.
