What to do in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield

Salaberry-de-Valleyfield is a city in southwestern Quebec, in the Regional County Municipality of Beauharnois-Salaberry. Number of citizens is over 40,000.

1. Morgan Arboretum

This arboretum holds the nation's biggest gathering of local trees: cedars, ginkgo, yellowwood and many more. There's a glorious trail map and the territory is ideal for a long climb in the forested areas. Spring and fall offer the best shades. In winter, this is a delightful area for crosscountry skiing. It is placed west of Montréal on the western tip of the island.

Arranged on an island in the Saint Lawrence River, it is located at its western end by Lake Saint Francis. The Port of Valleyfield is arranged on the trench.
