1. Morgan Arboretum
This arboretum holds the nation's biggest gathering of local trees: cedars, ginkgo, yellowwood and many more. There's a glorious trail map and the territory is ideal for a long climb in the forested areas. Spring and fall offer the best shades. In winter, this is a delightful area for crosscountry skiing. It is placed west of Montréal on the western tip of the island.
3. Sunny beach of the Parc régional des îles Saint-Timothée
The excellent Beach of the Parc régional des Îles-de-Saint-Timothé is found in Montérégie. You will be amazed from the first minute by this sandy shore with clear water. Qualified lifeguards are there to guarantee the safety. Volleyball courts are available, play area gear for kids and many other things.
5. Tour of Île Perrot
A shelter of greenery is here! Île Perrot offers a nice service which includes kayaking on Lake Saint-Louis, GPS Rally and visit to a windmill. If you want to learn how to kayak, this is a place for you.
2. Parc Nature du Cap-St-Jacques
Most various of Montréal's parks, Cap-St-Jacques has an nice tracks and trails for climbing and skiing, a ranch and even a camp during the summer. The maple and blended timberland in the inside is an incredible patch for every visitor. There's the Eco-Farm here too, a working homestead with pigs and chickens.
4. Musée de société des Deux-Rives
A historical center of history, craftsmanship, and society, the Musée de société des Deux-Rives is spotted only half and hour from downtown Montreal through roadway. The MUSO is national pride which will provide informations about the history of a city.
Arranged on an island in the Saint Lawrence River, it is located at its western end by Lake Saint Francis. The Port of Valleyfield is arranged on the trench.
