Saarlouis has almost 35,000 occupants and is the sixth biggest city in the Saarland. The city is the authoritative seat of the region of Saarlouis and it is considered as a school and business focus. Monetary center is the car production. Things to see in Saarlouis are:

1. Prähistorium Schiffweiler

Prähistorium Schiffweiler

The Prähistorium is placed in a coal mining complex and is an endeavor at reproducing the time of the dinosaurs by utilizing life-size robotical dinosaur models. It has a true "Jurassic Parc" climate, as the guests are headed through diverse areas to explore dinosaur life on earth. The Canisianum can be found in the Abbey Road in Saarlouis, near nursing home St. Augustine. It is named after the Jesuit Peter Canisius. The Church of St. Diminish Canisius is a solitary nave, neo-Romanesque building.

Saarlouis was form in 1680 by the Sun King Ludwig XIV. He loved the town very much. You can stroll around its beautiful area all day.
