1. Prescot market
In the fourteenth century, William Dacre erected a market as a trading center. Since seventeenth century, Prescot was home to the Prescot market and its area can be seen today.
3. Prescot Parish Church
Prescot Parish Church is in the town of Prescot and it is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as an assigned Grade I recorded building. It was build on the site before the Norman Conquest. It dates from the fifteenth century and it was renovated at the beginning of seventeenth century. Tower was build afterwards.
2. Knowsley Safari Park
Knowsley Safari Park is a zoological park and vacation destination and it is a part of British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums. The recreation center was opened in 1971.Street through the recreation center was over five kilometers long, with guests driving past lions, zebras, elephants and many other animals. Tigers and bisons were added to the recreation center throughout the years. Fenced area is available as a parking zone.
Prescot's name has origins from the Anglo-Saxon words "minister cabin". You will be delighted with its valuable history and structure.
