Perth is the largest city of Australian state Western Australia and the fourth most populous city in this country. You can only imagine things to do in Perth are long listed and here are top five attractions you must see and feel.

1. Swan River

This is favorite playground in Perth and it offers paddling, swimming, boating, fishing, walking and many other activities. By the river are numerous bars so you can only sit down, take a drink and enjoy watching this natural beauty. Aboriginal people call the river 'Derbal Yerrigan' since they believe that the river Swan was created by the spirit who gave her the form of the giant snake. 3. St. Mary's Cathedral

2. Penguin Island

This island is located about 45 minutes south of Perth, in Shoal water Islands Marine Park. This is home to largest colony of small penguins as well as pelicans, dolphins, sea lions, and so on. Here you can also swim or take a picnic and take glass boat bottom boat cruises.

4. Perth ZOO

Perth ZOO

This is the huge ZOO and it is home to 1,200 animals from more than 160 different species. Besides animals you can see four different exhibitions that demonstrate species from different countries in the world. In the ZOO there is African section with animals from that continent, and also Asian and American section with speicies that live there. Don't miss botanical garden with the rich plants from the whole Australia. The Perth ZOO is open daily and under 16s pay half of the ticket.
