Things to do and see in Montelimar

Montelimar is a small area in south-east of France. After Valence, Montelimar is the second widest area in this part of the state. Things to do and see in Montelimar are:

1. Palais des Bonbons et du Nougat - Maison des Jouets

Palais des Bonbons is places over one and a half acres of amazin universe of sweets and toys. An universe of sweets is fulled with chocolates, candies and well known nougat delicatessy of Montelimar.

3. Nougat Arnaud Soubeyran

You can do the tour through factory without the guidence. If you want to enjoy it without listening to some stories about the factory, go ahead and try it. You can also get some discount for the nougat shop.

5. Musee de la Miniature

Musee de la Miniature is a place for children and for all those who feel like children too. It is amazing place to see some tiny objects and plenty exhibitions of insects, small animals and figurines. On the ground floor, there are miniature paintings, and so many interesting presentations. Although some of the collections are sold, there is a plenty to see here.

2. Chateau des Adhemar - Centre d'Art Contemporain

Adhemar Castle is monumental building built in 1947. It is contemporary style castle with three main points to see - general chamber, displays of art cravings and fixed roof spot. It is a place where you can see exhibits of over forty famous artists from Montelimar. It is a mixture of modern and rural style of architecture.

4. Musee Europeen de l'Aviation de Chasse

This is the true european museum of air force. If you visit it, you will enter some very informative story about develepoment of aviation in Montelimar. Kids are loving it too, so do not disappoint them - take them to see this amazing place!
