Kawagoe is a city near Tokyo with southwestern legislative. It is a center city assigned by Japanese national government. Kawagoe is well known for its sweet potatoes, and the nearby "Confection Street" offers such treats as sweet potato chips, sweet potato frozen yogurt, sweet potato espresso, and even sweet potato brew.
