Must see in Garbsen

Garbsen is a city of the Region of Hannover in Lower Saxony, northwest of Hanover. Garbsen belongs to the natural space of Weser-Aller-plains and lands near Otternhagener Moor. The height differences range from a few meters. The soils in the urban area are mostly sandy. There are also clay soils in surrounding area.

Leineaue as a recreational area in southern city area. The surfaces are made of grass and you can see nature in all of its glory here. Ricklingen is located in the west district is Garbsens area. Castle was an administrative center until the middle of the 19th century. Cross stone is symbol of medieval feuds that have been held here. This site as the seat of the Office Oberricklingen. It is restored and it is considered as an industry monument.
