1. France Miniature
France Miniature is a miniature park tourist attraction. This miniature park has scale models of major French monuments in an outdoor park. France Miniature has a size of five hectares. The outdoor park is designed in the shape of France that contains about hundred and sixty scale models of major French landmarks. These monuments are placed in the park in such positions to correlate with their real locations. They have models of the most of the best known French landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Versailles, etc. Additionally, a system of model trains runs through the park.
3. Eglise Saint-Médard
Eglise Saint-Médard is dedicated to St. Medard. He was the bishop of Noyon and Tournai. The construction of this Romanesque church began with the choir at tenth century. The vessel is composed of three parts, each separated by two steps: pre-chorus, choir and nave. The pre-chorus has a simple roof edge in early Romanesque style and the tower that symbolizes the union between heaven and earth. The choir is covered with a vault ribbed edges.
5. Lavoir de la Hermanderie
This building is the only laundry that was covered and enclosed in the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines department.
2. Commanderie de la Villedieu
Commanderie de la Villedieu (Commandery of Villedieu) was built in the middle of twelfth century by the soldier-monks of the order of the Poor Knights of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon. These soldiers are much more known under the name of the Knights Templars. There were about three thousand such Knights Templar objects in the thirteenth century in Europe and seven hundred in France.
4. Harrington's farm
Harrington's farm is a cultural center near the France Miniature so if you are in the area take a chance to visit it.
The town belongs to western suburban areas of Paris and it is nineteen miles distant from its center.
