1. Eglise Saint-Martin
The old church of Bezons was built at the beginning of the sixteenth century. It was severely damaged several times, especially during the flood in the eighteenth century and during the War in nineteenth century. New church was built on the location an old wooden chapel, at the intersection of Edouard Vaillant and Pontoise streets.
3. Chapelle du Val-Notre-Dame
Chapel of Val Notre-Dame was built on the half of the nineteenth century. In the Chapel, visitors may see the sixteenth century statue which is representing the Virgin and the small Jesus.
5. Jacques-Boulloche bridge
This bridge was built in 1811 by the order of Napoleon. The bridge is two hundred meters long and. the view from it is great.
2. Hôtel de ville
Hôtel de ville (City Hall) has been built for a three years, from 1884 to 1886. Originally it was a girls’ school but from the 1960s, it is assigned to municipality departments.
4. Gendarmerie
The building of Gendarmerie was built in 1913. At that time, it was a home for the brigade of only four men.
That is also the reason why this town is very popular among the artist. Guy de Maupassant, famous French writer, often stayed in the hotels along the river Seine in this town.
