Turin is the city in the north western Italy. With more than nine hundred thousand inhabitants it is the fourth largest city in Italy. The town is located on the banks of river Po. This is a very ancient town. Its history began in the third century before Christ.

The Museo Nazionale del Cinema is one of the most important museums in its field in the Europe.It is located in the building called The Mole Antoneilliana. It is the main architectural symbol of Turin that was built in the second part of the nineteenth century by the architect Alessandro Antonelli. The museum is dedicated to the history of what is considered to be the most important cinema in the country. The museum has historical archives in film history, elements that have been used by great artists, and impressive screens showing films. Visitors can also climb to the top of the building to enjoy an incredible view of the city.

4. Madama Square

Originally, this building was a medieval fortified house. In the seventeenth century it became the residence of the royal ladies of Dona Maria Cristina of France. The main facade is characterized by its base pad, by giant fluted pilasters and columns with vases and statues.

Many different empires ruled with it during its history and every on of these empires left its traces inside this town. That is the reason why this town is a major tourist attraction in this part of Italy.
